At The Duck and Brush our pottery painting experience is all about slowing down and enjoying the moment. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who loves to get creative, you’ll find everything you need right here. 

Choose from a wide range of pottery pieces (All prices displayed) —from mugs and plates to keepsakes and gifts. 

There’s no right or wrong here. No pressure to be “artistic.”

Just time, space, and a paintbrush in hand.

We provide all the tools, paints, and guidance you need, so you can relax and enjoy the process. 

Our friendly team is always on hand with tips and ideas if you need a little inspiration—but you’re just as welcome to switch off, get lost in your painting, and take a moment for yourself.

You will have 2.5 hrs per session and once you’ve finished your masterpiece, we’ll carefully glaze and kiln-fire it, transforming your piece into a beautiful, food-safe and long-lasting creation ready to be treasured for years to come.

Whether you’re visiting for a quiet solo escape, a catch-up with friends, a family day out, or a special celebration, pottery painting at The Duck and Brush is about more than just making something—it’s about making memories.

Our Paint & Take Home ceramics are the perfect choice.

Unlike our traditional pottery painting—which is glazed and kiln-fired—these pieces are designed to be painted and taken home with you straight away. Using specialist paints and finishes, your creation will dry beautifully without the need for firing, so you can leave with your masterpiece in hand.

It’s ideal for those who:

• Want a quick, creative experience

• Are visiting and can’t return for collection

• Have little ones eager to take their creation home

• Love the idea of instant results

While these pieces aren’t food-safe like our kiln-fired pottery, they are perfect for display, gifting, and creating something truly personal.
